The wonderful Magnolia Digital came to me for a logo design for their client Streets & Avenues, a high end design and build business based in Manhattan, New York. Streets & Avenues wanted to achieve a logo that's professional, exclusive, expensive, luxurious, high end, friendly, best in the construction industry, appealing for the audience, memorable, young and modern. They also wanted it to relate to the New York area and be incredible simple in its design.
