Flair Communications of Fredericksburg, Virginia, approached me to design the branding for 528 Prime Steak and Seafood, one of their longstanding clients who were about to open a new restaurant in nearby Tappahannock, Virginia. The client was busy setting up the new restaurant and recruiting their new team, so they gave me a blank slate to work with. The only real feedback on what might be included in the branding was a cow and a fish. The rest was up to me.
